1. Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, most items are non-returnable. However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including sealed plastic bags).

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service team, with proof of purchase and supporting photo or video evidence.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Please Note: Once the sealed packaging is opened, the product will be considered used and is not eligible for return, unless there is clear evidence of a product defect or damage upon first opening.
2. Refund Policy

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong item, incorrect address, or package refusal), 50% of the product price will be deducted as a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and is canceled within 12 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
3. Warranty & Quality Guarantee
We offer a 60-day quality warranty for manufacturing defects:

If you discover a defect before use, please do not use the product. Take clear photos or videos and contact us at info@luvpump.com within 60 days of delivery.

Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly send you a replacement of the same or equivalent item at no extra cost.

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper cleaning, or other human error is not covered under warranty.

Please inspect the product before use. We cannot provide a refund or replacement once the product has been used or damaged due to improper handling.
4. Order Cancellation
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours of payment.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours and it has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund with no processing fee.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item under the return conditions outlined above.

5. Undeliverable Orders
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery:

A 50% restocking fee will apply.

If you wish to have the order re-shipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
